Meet Our Team
Pastor Sherise Webb
Rev. Sherise Webb has dedicated over 25 years to serving students in various roles, including Elementary Teacher, Middle and High School Math Teacher, College Tutor, and Principal of Lighthouse Christian Academy. Currently, she serves as the Lead Pastor of Odenton Church of God, where she also teaches regularly. Sherise believes “teaching is more than a work of art, it’s a work of heart.” Outside of her ministry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and playing the piano. Her greatest treasures include her relationship with God, her husband of 19+ years, Damon, her courageous teenage son, Isaiah, her supportive sister, Malisa, and many others who hold a special place in her heart. Passion, commitment, and desire has brought her this far; and this fire is what she hopes to pass along to everyone she encounters. Sherise’s mission is to represent her Heavenly Father faithfully and live out His purpose for her life, believing that true strength comes from both academic and spiritual knowledge. Together–they forge a powerful impact on society that will leave a long lasting rich legacy.
Min. Damon Webb
Min. Damon Webb serves as our Compassion Pastor, where his heart for service and dedication to the community shine brightly. A down-to-earth man of God, our First Man is always looking for ways to meet the needs of those around him, whether through practical support or spiritual guidance. He has a special passion for mentoring both older and younger men, in helping them become “the men that God has called them to be.” Damon models his Christian walk after Proverbs 27:17, "As iron sharpens iron, a friend sharpens a friend," emphasizing the importance of mutual encouragement and accountability. When not at OCG, Damon is enjoying quality time with his wife Sherise, their son Isaiah, and his nieces and nephews. Damon also loves to watch football and support our local youth. Whether it's cheering on his son, other young people in the church, or those in the wider community, Damon’s commitment to family, faith, and service makes him a steadfast leader and role model in our church.
Rev. Dr. Malisa Vickerie
Rev. Dr. Malisa Vickerie serves as one of our Assistant Pastors, and is on the Executive Team at OCG. Malisa also serves as the Director of the Christian Education at OCG, a position she has held for over 20 years. Malisa enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. When not at OCG, she gives piano lessons in Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties, teaches at the National Bible College and Seminary, and preaches at various churches. With a giving heart, Malisa loves sharing the Lord's goodness and always looks to lend a helping hand. Malisa is committed to loving God, loving people, and serving the community through training and equipping. Her heart for ministry drives her tireless work to win the lost to the kingdom of God.
Bishop Edgar Price
Bishop Edgar Price began his journey along with his wife of 30+ years, Valerie Price, and four children Marquita, Shyra, Marvin, and Sandra under Pastor Gloria Cherry at the First United Church of Gospel, resurrection Sunday 1996. Bishop Price holds an Associate Degree in Theology from CWCT. He later went on to obtain credentials in the Church of God, and today, serves as one of the Assistant Pastor’s, on our Executive Team at OCG. Edgar enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, and grandchildren. Edgar is a huge football fan, and oftentimes can be found in the stands at a local football game. He also enjoys teaching the new members class, playing music, and worshiping with his OCG family.
Rev. Dana Felton
Rev. Dana Felton serves as one of the Assistant Pastors on our Executive Team at OCG. “As a young child I began my walk, never thought I would be given an honor to be a part of such an awesome body of Christ. Having a love for God's people, keeping a song in my heart and aiming for my heavenly crown… I hold to a Hope that is unshakable, and a promise of a great future. I love serving for the Kingdom of God. I pray for God’s light to shine over, in, and through this generation.” I Peter 2:9 ‘But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.’ “Remember JESUS LOVES YOU! Yes YOU!”
Rev. Chris Manning
Rev. Chris Manning serves as one of the Assistant Pastors at OCG, on our Executive team. He is also our current Youth pastor, and has been serving in that role for 5+ years. Chris loves music, media, and spending time with his lovely wife, Nadia, and his amazing children, Aryn and Adrian. When he isn't serving at OCG, you can find him in surrounding communities. Whether he's teaching students in the public school system, supporting families, or simply playing video games, Chris finds joy in making those who surround him happy. He's the biggest encourager you'll ever meet, and if you ever need an accountability partner, he's your guy. P.S.Chris claims to be the best basketball player at OCG, and has been waiting for someone to “Dethrone him.” His belief… “It'll never happen.”
Min. Adrien Bristol
Min. Adrien Bristol serves as the head of the “Above and Beyond” ministries. When she's not training our dancers, or leading a financial literacy course, Adrien brings her expertise to the secular world, where she has worked as a social worker for the past decade. She holds a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in finance, blending her passion for helping others with her knowledge of financial management. Adrien prioritizes a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys staying active, working out, and maintaining balance in her physical and mental health. Adrien loves food nutrition and the benefits it brings us. When she isn’t eating an apple in a salad, she’s drinking it in a healthy blended juice.
Rev. Anthony Harry
Rev. Anthony Harry serves as the Minister of Music and has also been our Young Adult Pastor for over 3 years at OCG. Anthony has a passion for playing the piano, drums, and any other instrument he can get his hands on. Outside of his ministry work, Anthony works as an Analyst. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games, and binge-watching his favorite shows. His love for music and people is evident in his leadership at OCG. Anthony is committed to helping others grow in their faith while sharing his love for music. Anthony finds joy in balancing his professional, ministry, and personal life with passion and dedication.
Rev. Ingrid Ngale
Rev. Ingrid Ngale currently serves as our Women’s Ministry Director. She’s also a part of the Intercessory Prayer Team and works within our Finance Department. Ingrid regularly hosts our women’s prayer line, bible studies, women’s conferences, and other events for the community. Ingrid is known for encouraging women to connect their hearts to the Gospel and “share the pearls of wisdom” gleaned on their journey of faith. She stands on Isaiah 53:5 for her personal ministry. Ingrid loves spending time with and ministering alongside her husband, Kingsley, and her son, KJ. In her spare time, Ingrid finds joy in fellowshipping with her extended family, friends, and sister circle. Ingrid loves to recharge by reading, listening to music, and solving crossword and sudoku puzzles. 
Rev. Kingsley Ngale
Rev. Kingsley Ngale is an Associate Pastor at OCG and has served as the Director of the Men’s Ministry for 3+ years. He has been active in the Usher Ministry since joining OCG in 2014, alongside his wife, Ingrid, and his son, KJ. Professionally, Kingsley works in the biopharmaceutical industry, ensuring the safety, purity, and correct dosage of medications, which aligns with his calling to defend the Gospel. When not serving at OCG, Kingsley loves hanging out with family and close like-minded friends over food and BBQ gatherings to fellowship and strengthen their faith, together. He also ministers to inmates in the local jail. Kingsley also has a passion for soccer, having played midfield for the University
Rev. Alphonso Gerald
Rev. Alphonso Gerlad is the Executive Pastor at OCG, serving as Chairman of the Church and Pastor Council, Church Administrator for the Finance Department, and Co-Director of the Marriage Ministry with his wife, Angel. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has worked as a Department of Defense civilian employee for over 30 years. Al enjoys cooking, grilling, and entertaining, and loves spending time with his family, traveling, and watching science fiction and action movies. He is passionate about discipleship and mentoring men, as well as providing encouragement to couples alongside Angel. Al and Angel are deeply committed to their roles in the church and marriage ministry. They also love hosting gatherings at their home, creating a welcoming atmosphere with food, fellowship, and fun.
Rev. Nadia Manning
Rev. Nadia Manning is our vibrant Worship Pastor who loves nothing more than leading others in passionate worship. She also serves as co-youth pastor alongside her husband, Chris. Whether she's on stage or behind the scenes, she's all about creating spaces where people can connect with God in real and exciting ways. As a co-youth pastor, Nadia has a heart for mentoring young people, helping them grow in faith and navigate life with confidence. When Nadia isn’t leading worship or hanging with the youth, she's diving into her love for criminal justice, fighting for fairness and positive change. Nadia is all about serving–whether in ministry, justice, or anywhere else she's needed. With a joyful heart and a giving spirit, she's ready to step in and make a difference wherever God calls her! 
Rev. Virgil Nelson
Rev. Virgil Nelson serves as our Evangelism Pastor at OCG, where he is passionate about spreading the Gospel and empowering believers to share their faith. Virgil also serves in various other ministries, including the Prayer and Men’s ministry. His passion for the “Good News” is contagious, and it spills over into our surrounding communities. In his free time, Virgil enjoys playing music, watching soccer and football, and spending time with his loved ones. He is blessed to have a beautiful family, including his wife, Natalie, and their children, Siana, Nathaniel, and Alexander. Virgil's commitment to serving the Lord and his community is evident in all aspects of his life and ministry.
Rev. Kenneth Onyekaba
Rev. Kenneth Onyekaba serves in multiple vital roles at OCG, where he passionately contributes to the growth of the congregation. Within our Men's Ministry, he frequently leads the men's prayer line, providing spiritual guidance and support. Ken is also a key member of the pastoral team, where he defends the gospel of Jesus Christ and leads the discipleship course, which has helped many congregants deepen their level of faith. A huge sports enthusiast, Ken is a die-hard Arsenal fan and particularly loves soccer. Outside of ministry, Ken enjoys listening to music and cherishing time with his wife Abiola and their children, Lotanna, Adetoye, and Ozi. Known for his culinary skills, he’s also an amazing cook who enjoys creating delicious meals (meat pie, chin chin, nigerian soups, etc.) for his family.
Rev. Carolyn Dewsbury
Rev. Carolyn Dewsbury serves as a dedicated member of the Pastoral Team at OCG, offering spiritual guidance and support to both in-person and online campus members. She faithfully sends daily devotionals that provide encouragement and comfort, helping many through times of need, struggle, and spiritual growth. Her uplifting words have been a source of strength for countless congregants, including women who have relocated abroad, ensuring they remain spiritually connected despite the distance. Outside of ministry, Carolyn enjoys traveling, spending cherished moments with her mother, Mildred, and attending family gatherings. She has a heart for celebration and loves rejoicing in the achievements of others. One of her greatest joys as a pastor is officiating marriage ceremonies—Carolyn loves LOVE!
